£20K per annum + Bonus
My client is an independent successful business, due to their growth they are expanding!
The role:
- To offer administrative support to our customers
- To provide a high level of customer service at all times
- To manage inbound calls and live chat service
- To offer first line support to existing or new customers
- To manage all customer queries effectively
- Will have good administration skills
- Will have customer service experience
- To be confident dealing with customers over the phone
- Will be able to multitask and prioritise workload
