Full Time- Monday to Friday- 9am to 5pm
£19,000 P/A
This role would be perfect for candidates who have any office-based, customer service experience and are looking to get into insurance!!!
The duties of the Customer Service Advisor:
Communicating with customers, going through their needs and requirements
Completing all admin tasks and checking policies
Working closely with insurance providers
Responding to all communication including emails and phone calls
Keeping all documentation and information updated and recorded onto the database
Experience required:
ANY office-based customer experience is required!!!
Be a strong communicator both verbal and written
You need to be resilient and have a positive attitude!
