To be considered for this role, you need to have Insurance experience!
My client specialises in Financial Services and they are a market leader in their industry.
Full Time, Permanent- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary up to £25,000 (depending on Financial Services experience)
Monthly Team Bonus Included!!

The duties of the Customer Service Advisor :
- Act as the first point of contact for your assigned clients
- Build and maintain relationships with all clients
- Processing all activities such as renewals and new business quotations
- Maintain all clients records
- Handling complaints when they arise
- Office-based Customer Service experience is essential for this role- From a financial services background!
- Have worked within a fast-paced environment and can handle the pressure!
- You need to be resilient, have a positive attitude with a good sense of humor
