My client specialises in Financial Services and they are a market leader in their industry.
Full Time, Permanent- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary up to £21,000 (depending on Financial Services experience)

Ideally, the successful candidate will have a Financial Services background i.e. Insurance but this is not essential!
The duties of the Customer Service Advisor :
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding each customer's needs and requirements
- Ensuring all customers have been spoken to within a timeframe
- Processing all activities such as renewals and new business quotations
- Maintain all clients records
- Handling complaints when they arise
- Office-based Customer Service experience is essential for this role- ideally from a financial services background!
- Have worked within a fast-paced environment and can handle the pressure!
- You need to be resilient, have a positive attitude with a good sense of humor
