Customer Service Advisor (Logistics)
 
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Hours of work: 08:30am – 17:30pm   
 
Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a very well established business in Portsmouth who offer a specialist service to their customers in the logistics industry.  Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor to join their long established team to enhance the development of the department. 
Your main responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator are as follows:
  • Liaise with customers with their enquiries from booking consignments through to confirmation of delivery
  • Provide progress updates and information in a polite and professional manner via email and the telephone
  • Liaising with third parties both internally and externally
  • Full range of administration tasks including data processing, KPI reporting, updating the internal data management system.
  • Handle queries and complaints in a professional nature in line with companies procedures
  • Enhance the customer journey and experience
 
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in customer service ideally in a transport / logistics / shipping capacity
  • Good administration skills and experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A professional and polite “can do” attitude
