Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £8 - £9
Hours of work: 09:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday
Duration: This is temporary for up to 6 months.
Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established property business based in the Eastleigh area. Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit an Administrator with excellent customer service skills to join their business for at least 3 months on a temporary contract and this could extend to 6 months .
As a customer service administrator you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with property related administration
- Data processing, allocating files, scanning and faxing
- You will pull reports from the system and update them
- Accurately upload online applications to the in-house system
- You will make calls to liaise with third parties and negotiate on finer details
- You will provide excellent customer services and uodate customers who have outstanding quiries
The ideal candidate:
- Will be able to start immediately and commit to the 6 month period.
- Have previous strong customer service and administration experience
- Be computer literate i.e. Microsoft package.
