Salary is £20,000 to £26,000 P/A Depending on experience
Full Time, permanent vacancies available!!
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Full training provided
Duties of the role:
* Managing the customer's inbox regularly and directing queries to relevant Account Managers
* Responding to all communication matters within a timely manner
* Communicating with other third parties when required
* Communicate with customers wishing to use the live chat
* Other adhoc duties will be required from time to time
* Any customer service experience is considered from backgrounds such as retail and hospitality, office-based admin/customer service experience is desirable
* Any experience within a financial services setting is hugely desirable.
* Being PC literate with a good understanding of the Microsoft package.
* Be highly motivated with a can-do attitude.
