Customer Service Administrator
 
Start Date: 4th January 2022
 
Location: Portsmouth
 
Salary: £10.00 per hour
 
This is a temporary position to start on 4th January for 1 month.
 
Hours of work: This is a full-time position that requires someone to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for:
  • Handle a variety of customer enquiries via email and on the telephone
  • Receiving a high volume of inbound calls
  • Booking, cancelling, and rearranging appointments on behalf of customers
  • Speaking with third parties and internal and external customers
  • Complaint handling should this arise
  • Ensure information inputted on to the system is done with high levels of accuracy and administration tasks are handled with care
  • Data cleansing.
  • Liaising with customers and third parties.
 
As a Customer Service Administrator you will have/be:
  • Previous customer service experience of some form,
  • Will be customer focused and be able to demonstrate where they have provided a good service before
  • Will be computer literate
  • Will have a “can do “attitude and be willing to learn
  • Must have a good eye for detail and have good IT skills
  • Will be available to start Immediately
