Due to growth plans our client is now looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator.

As a Customer service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Processing orders manually.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Covering all customer service tasks.
- Maintain compliance.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Giving accurate advice on products and prices.
An ideal Customer Service Advisor will have/be:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy.
- Always remain professional.
- Able to build relationships across the business.
- Fully competent of Microsoft Applications.
- Knowledge of AS400 ERP.
