Customer Service Administrator 
Location:  Chandler's Ford
Salary: £18,000-£19,500 plus fantastic benefits!
 
Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established company who are based in Chandlers Ford.
 
Due to growth plans our client is now looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator.  
 
If you are a customer service professional, looking to work for an established company then this role could be for you!    
 
As a Customer service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Processing orders manually.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Covering all customer service tasks.
  • Maintain compliance.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Giving accurate advice on products and prices.
 
 
An ideal Customer Service Advisor will have/be:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.  
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Always remain professional.            
  • Able to build relationships across the business.
  •            
  • Fully competent of Microsoft Applications.
  • Knowledge of AS400 ERP.
