Inbound Customer Service Representative

Location: Chandlers Ford - Southampton
These role's will be on Temporary to Permenant
Hours of work:
Set shifts 2pm to 8pm Monday and Tuesdays and 2.30pm to 8.30pm Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays. Plus, every other Saturday 12pm - 5pm when you work a Saturday you can choose to have either the Wed, Thurs or Fri off.

Salary: £18,720


Start date: Monday 19th August and must be available to attend 100% of the six week training
Assessment centre at 16.30 on Tuesday the 13th August 2019 which can take around 2.5 hours
Training Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 till 14:30 for 6 weeks then go to their fixed shift pattern

As a Customer Service Representative you will be receive inbound calls and act as the first point of contact for all customers to provide aftercare and assist them with all queries.
This is an ideal role for a graduate or candidate who is looking to start a career within progressive organisation. Due to our rapid expansion, our client encourages and supports career development internally, and many of their advisors progress to other roles within the company.

Your responsibilities:

  • To receive inbound calls from customers and assist them with a variety of queries.
  • Confidently use the in-house switchboard system and liaise between the different departments.
  • Be able to turn-around and resolve all customer complaints.
  • Accurately update customer accounts.
