My client are distributors in their industry and are experiencing an increase in workload, they are requiring a strong and confident individual to join their team to support the sales team.
Duties will include:
- Receiving inbound enquiries
- Directing calls to relevant people
- Send emails with correct information to customers
- Advise over the phone
- Log calls correctly using their system
The ideal candidate:
- Have strong communication skills
- Be competent with Microsoft Office including emails
- Be confident when speaking with customers
- Able to work using own initiative
This role with initially be working from home, you will be provided with laptop and a handset. Even though this is initially a temporary position for the right person this will become permanent.
