Customer Relationship Advisor
£18,000 Plus bonus
We have a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding buisness offering a range of protection products to clients across the UK market. Utilising your passion for customer services and ability to build a rapport with the general public, this position will be a great introduction into the world of insurance!
As a Customer Relations Adviser, you will be responsible for speaking with customers who have missed premium payments or cancelled their cover. The aim is to reinstate those policies and ensure the customer's needs are fully met. If necessary, you may cancel the customer's existing policy and replace it with a new policy that better suits their requirements.
Through contact of previous and existing customers, you will either help with the reinstatement of current policies which are in danger of lapsing or look to review current circumstances and generate new business. Liaising with insurers to arrange and confirm policy reinstatements will form part of this role.
You will be provided with full training and continued support.
Offering a fun and relaxed office environment, working with a buzzy and highly supportive team, you will need:
- Confidence to talk to clients on the phone is a must
- Previous experience in a customer service role or telephone-based environment is preferred although not essential.
- The ability to be self-motivated and focused on continually achieving and exceeding targets.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday on different shift patterns. The shifts are 09.30 until 18.00 and 11.30 until 20.00, with every Friday 9.30am - 6.00pm. Offering 20 days holiday rising to 25 and company pension scheme.
