Customer Liaison / Administrator
 
Location: Portsmouth
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday with a 1hr lunch break.
 
Salary: £19950.00 which will then be reviewed after a successful probation period

As a result we are now supporting them in the recruitment for a Client / Customer Liaison Executive and Administrator
 
As a Client Liaison Executive / Customer Support you will be responsible for
 
  • Making contact with all existing clients via email and on the telephone to manage their expectations
  • To receive inbound calls as well as make outbound calls to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • To liaise with third parties to manage customer expectations
  • To complete Administration
  • To manage any challenges and complaints should they arise
  • To be a first point of contact for the clients and general business enquiries

The ideal Customer Liaison Officer / Administrator will have / be
It's important that you have previous phone experience. The position is largely phone based so a confident, articulate and professional manner is vital.
You'll need to be able to multi-task and communicate with a effectively.
We also ask that you have a good standard of English are a team player, with a friendly and reliable nature.
The successful candidate will be proactive with the ability to use your initiative when needed to help continue to drive the business forward
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Outgoing personality, strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy to handle difficult and challenging clients over the phone
  • Listens well and understands our client requirements
  • Works hard for our customers and the team
