Churches Fire Security Ltd is an industry leading National Fire Security business which is rapidly growing. They are now seeking proactive and motivated professionals to join their team. Churches Fire has a track record of providing fantastic opportunities to candidates throughout the country.
We are now seeking a Telephone Account Executive to work from our state of the art Head Office location in Chandler’s Ford.
The Role:
  • To call existing customers that have recently joined Churches Fire and Security and ensure that they are happy with the service provided.
  • Communication to customers at all levels via the phone and email
  • Identify any areas of concern and take ownership to correcting this
  • Customer Focused. Provide a high level of service to our customers and making sure that we make our commitment to following through.
  • To identify any areas that will be there for growth with the other services that we offer.
  • To be an effective listener and maintain good records of all conversations.
  • To complete administrative duties to ensure all customer accounts are up to date
  • Deal with customer requests were appropriate and effective to do so, or direct to correct team for resolution
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must be confident talking with clients over the phone and via email and have good communication skills.
  • Be passionate about our company and our customers.
  • Have good listening and questioning skills in order to fully understand where opportunities may lie and concerns may be.
  • Work effectively as part of an expanding team in an office environment and from home, when deem required
  • To be self-motivated, driven and thrive off working in a targeted environment
  • Previous B2B or B2C experience is desired.
  • Persuade and influence. Understanding the customer’s need and presenting the customer a solution that is right and persuading them that now is the time to act.
  • The ability to remain calm and confident in difficult circumstances. Being decisive with the ability to keep on track.
  • Any experience or knowledge of fire standards, fire legislation or fire safety/security would be hugely advantageous, however is not essential as full training will be provided!
