Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a global organisation based in Poole. This position is a newly created role and will be responsible for setting up the credit function within the department and will be reporting into the Finance Director.
- Monitoring accounts receivables, customer ledgers and reconciliations
- Processing new account application forms and credit/debit card payments
- Chasing overdue accounts by phone, letter and e-mail, monitoring and dispatching of reminder letters and final demands
- Investigating and resolving queries and implementing processes and procedures
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated and well organised
- Must have good excel skills
