Location: South Coast
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of an established M&E business who are seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team due to expansion of the business. They are passionate about the industry and require someone who has experience with running a service department. This person must be customer focused and confident in working to SLA’s. This is a challenge for someone who has strong management skills with the ability to support the growth of the business.
* Contracts are located along the South Coast and London so must be willing to travel when required *
The Candidate:
- To have a technical within the M&E industry
- To have extensive knowledge within air conditioning, HVAC, refrigeration, heating and boiler rooms
- To have strong management experience
- Experience with running a service department with mobile engineers
- To be passionate about the industry and be willing to work hard
- To enjoy building, developing and maintaining relationships with a range of customers
- To be commercially minded
- To be adaptable to change
The Role:
- To manage the service department from engineers to customer service interactions
- To ensure the works completed are in line with the industry legislation and standards
- To carry out audits when required and ensure all standards are met
- Oversee the team by carrying out inspections, preparing reports, carrying out performance reviews when required
- To be the first point of contact for customers when dealing with complaints and escalations
- To hold customer site meetings and liaising with the service team with regards to the work
- To manage the PPM process
- To work closely with the Head of Operations to maintain and grow the client base
