Compliance Administrator - support IFA Practice Manager
£20 - 22k + Benefits
I have a client who is recruiting for a Compliance assistant to work within a IFA practice in West Sussex.
This role is something that is now urgent due to legislation changes and my client would like to appoint someone to start in the New year.
This role is going to be working closely with the Pracitice manager who is currently working all aspects of Compliance process.
Your role with be:
New adviser training and help with recruitment
Assist with all compliance training and all admin staff to ensure competency
Adding complaints to the system for complaints admin to pick up.
Pre Sale File check admin support
Post Sale File Checking admin support
Updating Compliance Manual
Updating and reviewing all processes
Ensuring all literature is up to date.
Assist with FCA Reporting
PI - help Office Manager with this.
GABRIEL - complete with Office Manager
What you need:
For this role we are looking for a candidate who has a background in financial services. Ideally you will be confident with Excel and Microsoft packages.
You will be happy following processes and have a strong eye for detail. be able to identify errors.
