CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS HANDLER – TRAVEL
 
FULL TIME OR PART TIME OPPORTUNITY – 18 HOURS PER WEEK MIN
 
Hours:  up to 37.25 hours per week, between 0800-1800 Monday to Friday
 
SALARY: £22500 BASED ON A FULL TIME WEEK (THIS WILL BE PRO RATA IF PART TIME)

Our client has a busy contact centre who support customers with Travel related enquiries and due to growth are now
As a Customer Relations Executive you will be responsible for
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints
  • Sending verbal and written communication
  • Ensuring that you have a good understanding of our company’s products and services
  • Provide support and advice to other departments
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers
If you have the following skills or experience, this role is ideal for you
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Will ideally have supported customers with complaints previously
  • A passion for travel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a customer focussed role
  • The ability to solve problems and implement solutions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A great team player with strong PC skills
