Complaint Handler / Customer Services - Remote opportunities once trained 
Salary : £23000- £23250
Start date : October 2022
Location: Chandlers ford – You will need to be office based for 3 months for training however thereafter there will be an opportunity to work from home thereafter
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Dynamite recruitment is proud to be working with one of the UK’s most successful businesses .Our clients have multiple sites across the Uk and due to expansion, they are now looking to increase the Complaints and Customer Service team at their Chandlers Ford site
As a Complaints and Customer Service advisor you will be responsible for the following:
  • To assist customers as a first point of contact for complaints
  • To manage complaints using various platforms which include the following :Telephone, Email, Letter, Live Chat, Facebook, Twitter, Trust Pilot and WhatsApp
  • To investigate, analyse, record, and resolve all customer complaints
  • To liaise with internal departments and third parties to investigate and manage complaints
  • To manage customer accounts, updating and maintaining customer information with accuracy  
  • Protect the Company name by acting as brand ambassadors
  • To provide a suitable solution to complaints which meets the needs of the customer and business
  • To complete administration such as updating customer files with supporting documentation , updating notes and further details
The ideal Complaints / Customer Service advisor will have / be:
  • Ideally have worked in Complaints / on the telephones assisting customers previously
  • Previous call centre experience would be an advantage
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to respond to verbal communication with confidence
  • Excellent standard of written English and experience of drafting letters
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to deal with difficult situations and conversations, and show empathy whilst achieving the best result in the interest of the company
  • Active listener who can understand and identify customer needs whilst delivering exceptional service
