Administrator –Complaints Administrator/ Home working 
Location: Working from home although you will need to be local to the Portsmouth area to collect your equipment and have good internet access .
Salary: £9.50 per hour
Hours: 9am until 5:30pm.

Duration of assignment : 1 month

Due to a busy period they are looking bring on board an Administrator / Complaints Administrator to support within a specialist department immediately
As an Administrator / Complaints Administrator you will be responsible for:
  • Maintenance of department spreadsheets and trackers
  • Logging complaints on the internal system.
  • Reconciliation of invoices. 
  • Follow rules and regulations. 
  • Providing general administrative support to the department. 
  • Liaising with third parties. 
  • Dealing with complaints from start to completion. 
  • Work to targeted time frames. 
  • Manage customers expectations.
  • Remain professional and possess a calm manner. 

As an Administrator you will have/be:
  • Excellent administration skills required
  • Will have proof read / cross checked important documentation
  • “Right First Time” attitude, Attention to detail
  • Good Microsoft Word and Excel experience required
  • Comfortable with working to deadlines and targets.
  • Will be comfortable working with large amounts of data 
  • Will have good internet if wanting to work from home due to the size of the files that you would manage -if not confident to work in an office
  • Will be available Immediately
