Full Time, Permanent Position!
- All general accounting duties
- Sales Invoicing - raising sales in Sage 50 and monitoring recurring invoices
- Gaining approval for and issuing credit notes
- Month end sales reports
- Sales and Purchase Ledgers
- Credit control, chasing outstanding invoices
- Monitoring Master Sales spreadsheet in Excel
- Sales commission tracking and reporting
- Handling the Purchase Ledger
- Banking and bank reconciliation
- Credit card reconciliation
- Weekly cashflow forecasting
- Monitoring of petty cash
- CRM Sales & Forecast reporting
- Liaising with other departments regarding Customer accounts
- VAT returns
- Preparing management accounts
- Monitoring 3rd Party supplier lists in excel
- Monitoring cancelled customers in excel
- Dealing with internal and external queries
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Hard working with a flexible approach
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Capable of multi-tasking and achieving deadlines
- Confident attitude to interface with internal and external customers
- Experience with Excel and Sage Line 50
