Client Sales Coordinator - Financial Services
£16,000 - £22,000 P/A (experience depending) + Benefits
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm - Fareham
Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be working with a company who are a leading provider within their industry. They are currently recruiting for a Client Sales Coordinator to join their team.
As a Client Sales Coordinator, your duties will include however not be limited to:
- Ensuring clients are fully supported through the new business process in all administrative functions
- Making sure that client paperwork, files and company systems are kept up to date and remain compliant
- Chasing clients for letters of authority in order to release details to third parties
- Speaking with various product providers to get an idea of various prices for clients
- Liaising with professional third parties and other departments in the business
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will ideally have experience in working within an IFA environment such as Insurance/Personal Pensions/Wealth Management/Protection/On-Shore Bonds/Investments
- Must have strong administration and data entry skills
- Must have good attention to detail and have the ability to liaise and build strong relationships
- Will need to have solid customer services skills and a confident telephone manner
- This role will also require someone who is thick skinned and thorough in thier workings as you will be dealing with some very senior corporate clients!
