Job Description

Purpose of role:

This role is an integral part of the business , who provide professional Financial Advice to a range of independent professionals. You will be responsible for taking inbound enquiries and contacting prospective clients to arrange an appointment with one of the Financial Advisers, and then ensuring ongoing communications go out to the client promptly.


· Book in live clients with advisors to ensure a higher conversion of held appointments

· Respond quickly to new lead opportunities coming from websites emails

· Identifying the client needs and ensuring this goes across to the correct Financial Adviser

· Accurately record client details to ensure there is a smooth hand over to the Financial Adviser

· Update management information promptly and accurately

Skills & Experience

· Active listening skills are essential

· Must be professional and engaging

· Previous sales or customer service experience is essential - Preferably phone based

· Must be able to work on their own initiative

· Some knowledge of financial products is desirable but not essential


· Educated to GCSE Level

Salary & Hours

· Salary: £17,000 + Bonuses

· Hours: 09:00 - 17:30, 1 late until 19:00

· Benefits: Pension, Bonus
