Key Customer Account Manager
 
Location : Ringwood although Hybrid working is available
 
Hours of work: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
 
Salary :£30000- £37000
 
Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a leading service provider who have offices based in Ringwood
 
Due to exciting expansion plans our client is looking to recruit a Key Customer Account manager to join a successful team
 
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
 
  • To build manage and maintenance relationships with key clients
  • Ensure jobs received have been logged and actioned accordingly by the service team
  • To offer clients advice and support to ensure that they are happy with the service
  • To manage customers’ expectations via email and on the telephone whilst liaising with third parties and managing schedules
  • Create and manage the customer database
  • Managing your workload in a time critical and efficient way in order to avoid an unnecessary build-up
  • Liaising with both the client, office, field, sub-contractors in order to ensure any problems are resolved and the work is completed on time
  • Ensuring both the client and the customer systems are updated at all times so that you are always one step ahead and therefore better able to react
  • Ensure the customer is provided with morning / afternoon updates on outstanding enquiries and work to be completed
  • Attend client meetings out of office once a month or as the client requires
  • To complete all round administration to support with the update
 
The ideal Customer Account Manager you will have / be
 
  • Flexible to assist customers outside of hours where necessary
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Previous experience of managing customers expectation is important
  • Previous account management experience is required
  • High level of IT skills, excel & word, outlook, email
  • Good understanding of SAP knowledge – desirable
