Job Description

Sales Executive 
No cold calling 
Location: Fareham

Salary: Basic Salary up to £24000 dependant on experience
Realistic OTE of £40000 although is uncapped and top billers are earning considerably more  
Plus fantastic benefits

Hours of work: You will need to be flexible to work a shift rota between the hours of 9am and 8pm although most shifts finish at 8pm
Fridays you will always finish at 6pm
You will work one Saturday and One Sunday a month between 9am and 5.30pm and will be given the time off in lieu

Our client offer a unique opportunity where you will not only be trained by a leading sales coach but you will also work within a consultative sales role where there is NO COLD CALLING as you will be making and receiving calls from customers who have already expressed an interest within the companies products and services

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls and emails from customers who have an interest in discussing products and services further. You will also make outbound calls to follow up on enquiries that have come through and look to convert them into a sale

You are expected to consult your customer and advise them on the best products and services to suit their requirements ,

Key Duties include the following:


  • Make calls to and take incoming calls from prospective and existing customers, providing them with information on our products and services in order to persuade them to make a purchase
  • Respond professionally to emails
  • Make calls back to customers with additional products and services , to follow up on previous conversations
  • Provide quotations and send brochure where required
  • Answer customers questions promptly and thoroughly and if you are unable to respond yourself, ensure a response is provided by other more knowledgeable members of staff in a timely manner
  • Actively promote products and services and ensure customers are booked onto suitable dates
  • Hold face-to-face meetings with customers as and when required
  • Ensure sales targets set are met
  • Sell ethically at all times and up-sell at any given opportunity
  • Chase paperwork when necessary to confirm verbal bookings
  • Seek ways of reducing costs and minimising expenditure

  • Will have previous experience and a proven successful history of working within a sales position
  • Will have worked within and achieved set targets
  • Will have goals and ambition and want to exceed set targets
  • Will be self-motivated
  • Will have a consultative sales approach
  • Will have excellent customer service skills and experience
