Customer Service Executive
Location: Havant
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Salary: £9.50 per hour. Rising to £19500 after 3 months 
Duration: Ongoing with a view to remain permanent after three months 

Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established service provider who are based in Havant.

Due to growth, our client is now looking for a Customer Service Advisor /Call Handler to work within a specialist customer service team based in the Havant area.
As a Customer Service Advisor /Call Handler you will be responsible for:
  • To act as first point of contact for customers.
  • Receiving calls from customers and emails 
  • To record accurate information on the system.
  • To manage requests from customers from the initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Complaint handling should this arise
  • To record information directly into the system
  • General administration, data processing filing faxing etc
  • Always providing excellent customer service.
As a Customer Service Advisor/ Call Handler you will have/be:
  • Be able to multi task
  • Have previous experience of dealing with customers in a professiaonl manner
  • Will be able to take responsibility for each enquiry.
  • Will have good attention to detail and PC skills and experience
  • Will be very customer focused and be looking to go the extra mile for your customer
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confident with IT
  • Will be available to start asap
