Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Salary: £9.50 per hour. Rising to £19500 after 3 months
Duration: Ongoing with a view to remain permanent after three months
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established service provider who are based in Havant.
Due to growth, our client is now looking for a Customer Service Advisor /Call Handler to work within a specialist customer service team based in the Havant area.
As a Customer Service Advisor /Call Handler you will be responsible for:
- To act as first point of contact for customers.
- Receiving calls from customers and emails
- To record accurate information on the system.
- To manage requests from customers from the initial enquiry through to completion.
- Complaint handling should this arise
- To record information directly into the system
- General administration, data processing filing faxing etc
- Always providing excellent customer service.
- Be able to multi task
- Have previous experience of dealing with customers in a professiaonl manner
- Will be able to take responsibility for each enquiry.
- Will have good attention to detail and PC skills and experience
- Will be very customer focused and be looking to go the extra mile for your customer
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident with IT
- Will be available to start asap
