Job Description

Call Handler/ Administrator
 
Location: Fareham / Southampton area  
 
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
 
This is a temporary/ ongoing role, although could lead to a permanent position for the right person
 
Salary : £9.50 - £9.75 per hour  

Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established and hugely successful company who are based in the Fareham / Southampton area  
 
Our clients provide a very specialist service to their customers and are currently seeking a temporary call handler/Administrator to start with them immediately  
 
As a Call Handler / Administrator  80% of the position will be administration focused and 20% will be telephone based.
 
Your key duties will include the following :
 
  • Making outbound calls just to clarify covid related information
  • Receiving calls and emails from third parties with covid related information
  • Supporting the team with general administration duties
  • Data entry of highly confidential information
  • Ensuring all confidential information is accurate and up to date and raising any discrepancies
  • Update records accurately and effectively
  • Maintaining data protection at all times
 
  The ideal candidate Must have / Be  
  • Attention to detail is of a high standard
  • Will understand thew importance of accuracy
  • Be able to prioritise activities is essential.
  • Highly organised
  • Will be able to support others
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office package
  • The ability to meet standards and maintain those standards will be important for the successful completion of the job.
  • The ability to work under pressure as an individual and a key team member. 
  • Proactive and highly adaptable to change
  • Previous experience in the Care, medical industry would be desirable although not essential
  • Exceptional communication skills
