Call Centre – Customer Service  Executive 

Location: Portsmouth

Hours of work : Monday to Friday

You will work 37.5 hours per week and need to be flexible to work between 8am and 8pm  on a shift rota   

Salary: £17000 basic salary

As a result of their success and growth our client is now looking to recruit call centre executives / Sales & Customer Service executives to join the business 

As a Call centre agent / Customer Service Executive  you will be responsible for the following: 
To make  outbound calls to current customers who have cancelled their agreements
To speak with customers to understand why they had cancelled their agreements and look to offer advice and assist were able to
To manage customer complaints and expectations
To negotiate and objection handle where necessary
To offer honest advice to customers and consult them on available products   and services To provide an outstanding customer service
To update the internal system with customers information
To complete administration     

The ideal candidate will be / have: 
Strong communication skills
Will have previous customer service skills and experience
Goal/ target driven
Able to negotiate and handle objections where necessary
Professional approach
Positive outlook Self-motivated and not afraid to pick up the telephone and make calls
Good communicator
Building great relationships and follow up via calls and emails
