Call Centre / Customer Service Advisor


Location : Portsmouth

Salary: £16000 per annum plus fantastic benefits packages like no other company !

Start date : 4th September 2017

Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week. You must be available to work shifts between 8am and 10pm Monday to Sunday on a rota basis (working 5 out of 7 days per week)

Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be representing one of the UK's most successful service providers and due to huge expansion plans our client is looking to recruit Call Centre/Customer Service Advisers to join their current workforce immediately.

As a Call Centre and Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for assisting a wide variety of customers with general enquiries. Working as a part of a specialist team you will provide excellent customer service at all times.

You will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for customers who have specific questions related to a product or service, you will handle all incoming calls ensuring customer satisfaction at all times

As they multi task the team you may also be responsible for making outbound calls to existing customers to welcome them to the company where needed and ensure that they have received relevant paperwork

This will require the ability to work alone and as part of a team in order to meet department objectives and timescales.

You may be required to manage difficult customers and complaints on rare occasions from customers


Key duties include the following:

  • Receive inbound calls regarding multiple products and services from customers
  • Acknowledge what the customer requires assistance with and look to offer support
  • Where unable to offer support directly you will then transfer the customer to the relevant departments
  • You will update the internal system with confidential information
  • Will multitask between multiple online screens to support the calls


The ideal candidate

A successful applicant will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and to be a strong team player.

High accuracy and attention to detail,

You will be polite and have an excellent telephone manner.

You will have the ability to keep calm and empathetic in a fast moving environment.

You will ideally have experience in a customer facing role

Will be flexible to work on a shift basis
