Location: Portsmouth
Salary: up to £28000 plus fantastic benefits

Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate Business Support Coordinator/ PA to join the business
Working as part of a wider Business Support team you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business and senior management/ Board level alongside assisting with some special projects.
The role requires someone to provide extensive administration support to members of the board including the Chief Executive.

As a Business Support Coordinator, PA you will be responsible for:
- To act as a liaison between the CEO and third parties
- Top write reports
- To prepare presentations
- Provide administration support to specialist departments
- To provide extensive administration support to the CEO and senior management
- Prepare the monthly board reports ensuring they are completed efficiently.
- Coordinate and attend Board Meetings, taking leadership within the meeting.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and any necessary documents.
- Effectively manage incoming correspondence.
- Manage Health and Safety in the workplace, escalating any risks.
- Monitor and control spend, proactively looking at ways to reduce overall costs.
As a Business Support Coordinator, PA you will have/be:
- Experienced in using Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Previous experience of supporting at senior level
- Must have previous experience of liaising / communicating with board level/ stake holders
- Knowledge of dealing with sensitive information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail and organisation skills.
- Proven track record with Project Management.
- Previous experience of working to deadlines.
- Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm in varying situations.
- Previous experience with Diary Management, coordinating events and meetings.
