Account Manager/ BDM - Telecoms 
Salary: £27,000 – £37,000 per annum DOE, with realistic OTE of £100k, car allowance plus fantastic benefits!
Hours: Monday to Friday business hours

Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established, and ever-growing technical business based in Fareham who are looking for a driven and successful Business Development Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for not only generating new business, but maximising sales opportunities with existing customers from our client’s portfolio.  
 
As a Telecoms Account Manager/ BDM you will be responsible for the following:

key Duties will include the following:
  • Managing a portfolio of current clients to manage relationships and maximise opportunities 
  • Carrying out audits and reviewing potential customers solutions to improve their systems performance
  • Writing sales proposals / tenders for new business 
  • Supporting bids required to win new business
  • Attend meetings with customers to generate new business and renew contracts 
  • Create a pipeline to add to your portfolio of customers that you currently manage 
 
The successful candidate will possess the following key skills:
  • Previous experience within the telecoms industry is essential for this position 
  • Will have worked as either an Account manager or BDM previously 
  • Knowledge of Mitel and Hostel telephony is preferrable but not essential
  • A strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Driven, with a proven track record of success
  • Quick thinker and ability to develop new strategies
