Business Development Executive
Location: Portsmouth 
Salary: £30,000 P/A + commission  
Hours of work: Core business hours, Monday to Friday 
 
Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be exclusively recruiting a Business Development Executive for an organisation based in the heart of Portsmouth.   

This is an exciting opportunity for a resilient and sales-driven individual to work closely with the Sales Director, in delivering a new solution to the financial functions of organisations.
 
As the Business Development Executive, you will:
  • Pursue B2B sales leads and develop strong new business relationships.
  • Manage the entire sales process whilst focusing on quality and customer service.
  • Negotiate and close long-term contracts, using the full range of sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain a vigorous sales pipeline.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales forecasts to the Sales and Marketing Director.
  • Support with ad-hoc projects when necessary and attend weekly sales meetings.
   The ideal Business Development Executive will:
  • Must have a proven background of working within a high-pressured, robust sales environment!
  • Must be a money-motivated individual who wants to succeed.
  • Have a positive, determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.
  • Be a confident negotiator with the ability to close a deal.
  • Have excellent time management and organisational skills.
