Hours of work : you will need to be flexible to work shifts between 8am and 7pm Monday to friday occasional saturdays will be required on an adhoc basis

Our client is a leading specialist within their industry and have fantastic offices based in the Chandlers Ford

Due to huge growth plans our client is looking to recruit Business to business customer service advisors to join their specialist customer service team.

Within this position you will assist business customers with their requirements via email and telephone providing a first class service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by owning and resolving complex customer queries via phone
  • Maintaining and updating customer accounts where required
  • Analyse and resolve any data issues and anomalies
  • Liaising with and building strong relationships with third party providers to gain accurate information or agree any customer disputes, meeting industry SLA's
  • Ensuring all accounts are accurately billed and within the agreed SLA's
  • Managing meter exchanges/faults where required
  • Owning customer complaints through to a resolution in line with industry regulations
  • Day to day account management
  • Work alongside Third Party Agents to ensure the customer experience is seamless
  • To communicate and coordinate with internal departments as and when required


  • To undertake such other duties which may be required from time to time commensurate with the role

  • To ensure that Health and safety policies are adhered to
  • The ideal candidate will have a high level of customer service
  • Will have good customer service experience
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good numeracy skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Approachable and confident in dealing with a variety of customer enquires
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
