Billing Assistant/ Administrator - Hybrid contract
This is a 12 months Fixed term contract to begin with 
Salary: £21,000 pro rata- Plus fantastic benefits !!
Location: Leeds
Hours: Core working hours

This is a Hybrid role
 where once you are trained you will be able to split your time and work part of the week from home and part of the week in the offices

Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established, and ever-growing technical business based in Leeds who are looking for an experience Billing Assistant/ Administrator to join the team.  
 
As a Billing Assistant/ Administrator  you will be responsible for the following:

Our client provide a specialist service to their customers and they will then have to bill them for this 
within this role you will support in the Billings team as an administrator and will process the billing for them 

This includes the following tasks :

  • Generate invoices
  • Data input on the internal system of figures - bills 
  • Manage customer accounts and update client records with accuracy 
  • Update customer details with account changes within specific time frames
  • General administration that will support the team
  The successful candidate will possess the following key skills:
  • Previous administration or data input experience
  • Positive attitude to their work
  • Able to prioritise their workload
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced environment, working to strict deadlines
  • Enjoys going above and beyond to get the job done to a high standard
