Billing analyst / Administrator – Hybrid working
 
Location: Stonehouse, Gloucestershire 
 
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 dependent on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

They are an award-winning business who have some excellent opportunities for their employees
 
Due to growth our client is now looking to recruit a Billing Analyst to join their team in their Stonehouse offices
 
As a Billing Analyst you will be responsible for supporting an administration team with the billing for their clients
 
Clients are billed monthly, and this role will require a strong administrator to assist in delivering accurate billing for them
 
As a Billing Analyst / Administrator you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • You'll be supporting the billing function to deliver timely and accurate billing across all divisions, supporting the Billing Manager with activities such as: 
  • Using a custom developed billing system to run reports and checks on customer charging
  • Raise any discrepancies where charges don’t look to be accurate
  • Resolving unbilled items (i.e., where things have not been assigned)
  • Data verification
  • Reconciling supplier invoicing against internal reports
  • Closing down records using the system
  • Assisting with reports , using excel
  • Completing general administration
 
The ideal Billing Analyst / Administrator will have / be
  • Good administration skills and experience
  • You have good working knowledge of Excel- ideally advanced level
  • Have excellent critical thinking skills and efficiently rectify issues,
  • Will be able to work to deadlines
  • Will have an excellent level of attention to detail
  • Have a positive and proactive approach to work and,
  • Is an excellent communicator with problem solving skills?
