BDM/ Account Manager
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £30000 -£35000 per annum plus commission OTE £45000 although uncapped
Plus fantastic benefits which include but are not limited to
Hours of work : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a very well established Building / Facilities / Construction business who is based in the Portsmouth and Guildford area
Our client have been established for several years and are renowned for being the best in their specialist field with several awards won as a result of this
Due to their success they are now looking to recruit a BDM / Business Development Manager / Account manager to join the business
As a BDM / Business Development Manager / Account manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining longstanding relationships with new and existing clients
This is a varied role which you can make your own and bring your own ideas to the business

- To manage all incoming enquiries via email, telephone and ad-words for new business
- To respond via email telephone and in person to clients requirements both existing and new
- Account management , to build and maintain longstanding relationships with existing clients
- To maximise sales opportunities with new and existing clients
- To generate new business opportunities where possible
- To focus on providing an outstanding service to clients and a consultative approach
- To attend onsite visits and entertain , network with clients
- To complete administration to support with the above
The ideal candidate
- Will have previous experience and a proven history in building and maintaining strong working relationships
- Will preferably have experience within Building , Facilities , Construction
- Will have Account management experience
- Will have a consultative sales approach
- Will have the ability and drive to generate new business opportunities
- Will have a driving licence
- Will have drive determination and be target driven
- Will be competent in using Microsoft Office
- Will be happy to operate from Portsmouth however travel to the Guildford site
