B2B Sales Executive
Location: Fareham / Gosport
Salary: £24000 plus uncapped commission realistic OTE £40K once a pipeline has been established with your client
Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with an independent and fast-growing company who are based in the Fareham area. Our client provides a bespoke marketing tool which is proven to help other businesses expand, they have in fact partnered with Google recently to drive the business forward.

Our client is now looking to expand the Sales Team by recruiting professional and driven Sales Executives

This is a great time to join a fast-growing business where if you work hard you will be recognised for your efforts and not only earn great money but earn an opportunity to progress and manage others.

Due to extensive marketing campaigns you will receive a high volume of incoming leads which will be distributed to the team ad you will be responsible for following up on each lead. You will liaise with decision makers and close sales opportunities and from this will then build and maintain relationships. You will be targeted weekly and rewarded well for achieving results

Key duties will include the following:

  • Follow up and make contact with warm leads
  • Self-generate cold leads from the company database
  • Liaise with decision makers and generate interest in specialist products and services
  • Provide demonstrations
  • Negotiate with clients
  • Provide quotations and tailor your tools to meet the client requirement
  • Close sales
  • Generate further opportunities by managing customer relationships
  • Provide excellent customer services
  • General administration



The ideal candidate:

  • Will have a proven successful history within a sales position
  • Will be competitive and have worked within a KPI / Targeted environment previously
  • Will have string negotiation skills
  • Will have the ability to consult and manage conversations with decision makers
  • Will be a strong communicator
  • Will be PC literate
  • Will be adaptable to change and have a can-do attitude
