Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a After-Sales Administrator located in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be a part of a fast growing and established company. Our client is seeking an individual who is looking to progress within their organisation.
This is a busy and challenging role for a highly organised individual who provides excellent customer service. The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction and deal with any issues quickly and efficiently. Administrative tasks and making outbound calls to update customers will be key tasks involved.

In order to be considered for this role, candidates should have experience within a similar position. In addition, they must be able to demonstrate:
- High levels of customer service experience
- Great organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Logical thought processes with plenty of initiative
- Great communication skills - face to face and over the telephone
- An ability to work in a fast -paced environment
- An ability to adapt in a fast growing company
