Administrator – 12-month temporary contract 
 
Salary:£20000-£20300
 
Hours of work: Monday to Friday : 9am to 5 pm
 
Location: this role will be office based and in the Segensworth / Whiteley area
 
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established specialist organisation who are based in the Segensworth / Whiteley area
 
Due to an internal move our client is looking for a temporary worker to support the business for at least 1 year
 
As an Administrator you will be responsible for the following :
 
  • To process important data on behalf of specialist departments
This includes the typing of letters, reports, referral etc. in an accurate and quality manner
  • Making sure that all administration tasks are completed within set service levels
  • To report any non-compliance paperwork
  • Acknowledging complaints and assisting with complaint resolution as required
  • Answering inbound telephone calls assisting where necessary
  • To initiate outgoing telephone calls to facilitate timely and appropriate communications with clients  
  • To assist the administration team with all clerical administrative duties as required to include booking appointments, contacting customers, and chasing referrals.
  • Assist with the new starter and leavers process, ensuring all new starters are set up for their first day
  • To establish and maintain filing and administrative systems so that written or computer information is easily accessible and secure
  • To maintain the computer systems in an accurate and secure manner,
  • To assist with downloading letters
  • To assist with the gathering of statistics and information, producing reports when required
  • Track referrals and keep spreadsheets updated.
  • To receive and dispatch mail.
  • Complete daily duties at set out in service contracts and liaise with service managers
  • Meet and greet all visitors
 
The ideal administrator will have / be
 
  • Good attention to details
  • Good administration skills and experience
  • Good communication skills and experience
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and organise
  • Competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Be available asap and be happy to commit for 1 year
