Administrator -Excel Expert
Salary: £9.00 -£9.50 per hour
Location : Portsmouth
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week ,Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Duration: This is a temporary ongoing position
Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a very well established business based in Portsmouth.
Due to a busy period our client is looking for an Administrator with very good IT and Excel experience
As an Administrator you will be responsible for supporting within a specialist department to assist with reporting and completing all round administration
As a result we require a good administrator who is available Immediately and who has experience in excel.
- You will cross reference between excel spreadsheets and invoices and an internal systems to ensure that data is correct
- You will raise discrepancies where necessary
- You will produce reports for management using excel
- Will complete general administration
The ideal candidate :
You will need to have a minimum standard of intermediate MS Excel skills (to include features such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
You must be available Immediately and happy to commit to 13 weeks of work
Will have excellent administration skills and experience
Good planning and organisation skills are a must and you need to be flexible with a good work ethic and be able to prioritise your workload accordingly to meet business needs and contract deadlines.
Must be a good communicator
You must be reliable, be able to work under pressure and be able to use your own initiative.
You must be available to start Immediately .
