Administrator- Jan start 2021
Location: Winchester
Start Date : January 2021
Hours of work : 8am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
This is a temporary position to start Initially with a view to remain on a permanent basis
Salary :Negotiable
 Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well established service related business based in  Winchester
Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit an Administrator to support with a specialist contract
As an administrator you will be responsible for the following :
  • Managing Sub contractors which will include chasing for appointments and paperwork
  • Sourcing and ordering of materials for work to be completed
  • Completing customer satisfaction surveys
  • Database management- to ensure all paperwork is uploaded in a timely manner
  • Letter and deliveries management
  • Updating contact paperwork
  • Assisting with the allocation/ scheduling  of contractors and management of jobs being completed
  • Third party liaison
  • To assist with taking calls , raising requests for work to be completed and management of administration to support with this
To be considered you will have / be
  • Strong administration skills and experience
  • Strong communication skills and experience
  • Be fully competent in using Microsoft word and excel
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change
  • Wil eb available for a start of January 2021
  • Will have your own transport due to the location of the offices
