Administrator / Client Support
 
Location: Dinnington
 
Hours: Monday – Friday- 37.5 hours Monday to Friday
 
Salary: £23,000 pro rata
 
Duration : This is a temporary ongoing position
 
Start date : Immediate start required
 
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established service provider who are UK based
 
Due to a very busy period our client is now looking for some additional support in their Dinnington Offices and require an experience Administrator / Client Support Advisor to join them asap
 
As an Administrator / Client Support you will be responsible for
  • Providing support to a specialist client support department where you will assist with the onboarding process for new clients
  • The role of an administrator / client support will require you to
  • To set up customer accounts on the database and integrate all information
  • Day-to-day administrative duties, which will include updating client records using the internal system , uploading documents , typing and sending of documents
  • Typing and sending of emails
  • To manage the implementation process for onboarding all new/existing customer
  • Being the main point of contact for large customers whilst they are being integrated via email and on the telephone
  • You will attend customer meetings with the commercial team whilst the customer is at the on boarding stage to ensure we understand and translate all requirements into our systems.
  • Be a direct point of contact for support issues and development ideas and implementation.
  • Ensure data is reviewed in line with key performance indicators, providing training to staff members and management as and when required.

  • IT Literate
  • Will be able to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Will have a proactive and self-motivated attitude to work
  • Will be available to start asap
