Administrator /Operations Executive

Location: UK, London- you will be required to go into the offices although this will only be part time and the other half of the week you will be able to work from home

Salary : £25000 pro rata

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am and 6pm

Duration of assignment: You will be required initially on a temporary basis for three months however there will be opportunities for permanent positions should this also be of interest

Due to some huge growth and success our client is now looking to recruit experienced Administrators / Operations Executives to join the business immediate

As an Operations Executive / Administrator you will responsible for working as part of a specialist team to manage the back office administration and CRM system for the business .

You’ll be responsible for ensuring operational success for their new and current services.

As an administrator / Operations Executive you will be responsible for :
  • Ensuring that all of the customers information is accurately uploaded onto the \CRM system
  • Responsibility for building and maintaining services on the internal platform
  • Liaising with third parties and partners to manage the database and schedule appointments
  • Coordinating the delivery of services, on-going changes, optimisations and performance issues
  • Planning transport routes and rescheduling routes where required
  • To work to deadlines
  • Supporting with issue handling
  • Completing any general administration to support with this department

  • To have good administration skills and experience
  • Excellent with technology and outstanding problem solving abilities
  • Ability to make things simple and get things done
  • Be a team player, as well as have the ability to work independently
  • An ability to build relationships and rapport with people really quickly
  • Self-motivated and deadline driven

Ideally you’ll have:
  • Experience in transport planning although not essential
