Job Description

Administrator – Home working  
 
Location: Offices are based in Fareham although this position will be home working
You will be provided with a laptop and virtual training will then be provided  
 
Duration: Ongoing position  
 
Hours of work: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday  
 
Salary: £10.00 per hour  
 
Start: Immediate start   Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established business who are hugely busy due to the nature of the products and service that they provide   Due to this they are now looking to find additional temporary support within their business and require an Administrator and customer Service Executive to support the business  
 
As an Administrator you will be responsible for
  • Assisting the business with all round administration
  • Processing Sales orders and ensuring that all contact details are uploaded correctly
  • To regularly update an excel spreadsheet with company and product information which can then be provided to clients
  • Liaise with customers via email and on the telephone where others are too busy
  • Update client records and  the data base – with order entry
  • Deal with incoming voicemails / emails
The ideal candidate will have
  • Good administrative skills and experience Will be fully competent in using Microsoft word and Excel(experience with formula’s will be required)
  • Will be adaptable to change and be flexible
  • Will have good customer service and good communication skill and experience
  • Will be available Immediately
