Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting an Administrator for our client based in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a forward-thinking team.
- Supporting the team with all admin duties
- Communicating with customers both over the phone and face to face
- Preparing quotes, processing orders and invoices
- Completing a sales process from start to finish
- Supporting the team by handling a mixture of queries
- Assist customers, acting as their point of contact when needed
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have some experience in a similar role or have just completed their Business Administration course/placement!
- Will have some understanding of processing orders or invoices however this is not essential
- Must have strong written and verbal skills!
- Will have strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Must be PC literate and be competent using all Microsoft Packages
This would be the ideal role for a candidate who has completed their Business Administration course!
