Part time - 25 hours (5x5)
Dynamite Recruitment are working in partnership with a very well-established business who are based in Fareham
Due to a busy period our client is now looking to recruit a support Administrator to join the business immediately
This is a temporary position with an ongoing requirement, this would suit somebody who has extensive administration experience, who is happy to work in a HR environment and is looking for the opportunity to work school hours.
- Assisting with candidate inductions, onboarding and leavers
- Processing timesheets - expenses, holidays, sickness etc.
- Answering the department phone and emails
- Administering compliance and background checking on new employees - references etc.
- Updating personnel information and details
The ideal candidate
- Will have good administration skills and experience
- Will have good attention to detail
- Will have the ability to multi task
- Will have good communication skills
- Will be available to start immediately
