We have a client who has a super opportunity to work in the Financial Planning department within a busy IFA office, which is a medium sized firm, and on offer they have a good salary with long term career prospects.
The role is covering the following areas:
Manage and support all aspects of the business and this is an integral part of the client experience.
Managing client surveys.
Working with the financial planner to manage the diary and client appointments.
Booking new consultations, arranging follow up calls with the clients, fact-finding meetings and presentations.
Emailing all client documentation, and chasing back documents for return.
Working with all providers obtaining information required for the IFA and client.
Working with the Para-planners to ensure all parties have the information they need and that all information has been saved and filed in line with our compliance requirements.
Make sure clients are always up to date with the progress of their advice and investments.
Booking in review for clients and confirming to each client in writing.
For this role you will need to be highly organised and we would ideally want someone who has a office administration background. Ideally, we need candidates to have a Financial Services background, this could be either protection admin, Mortgage data entry or even a Banking back office background.
I will also highlight that we will consider non-financial candidates however you need some office administration behind you and the amount could be very little.
We are open to Financial services grads or college leavers also.
