Location: Chandler's Ford
To Start Immediately - 12 month contract
Monday - Friday / 8-4pm or 9am-5pm
£19,500


Dynamite Rdcruitment is currently receruiting for one of our top clients in the Eastleight/ Chandler's Ford area. The business that is rapidly growing and seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join their team. They have a track record of providing fantastic opportunities to candidates throughout the country and are seeking an Administrator to work from their newly refurbished state of the art Head Office in Chandlers Ford.


The role of an Administrator;

  • To offer administrative support to various Proactive Partners
  • To manage a busy email Inbox, assisting clients with their enquires
  • To chase purchase order numbers that are required for service to be completed
  • To process work to be completed onto the internal CRM system
  • To ensure the support mailbox is dealt with accordingly and try to solve problems at first touch
  • To carry out administrative tasks that customers require e.g. regular spreadsheet gathering data etc. This must be planned activity and to deadline
  • To be partnered with a set of customer service executives to carry out administrative function, to fully understand that customers' needs and where necessary be able to support
  • To update the absence logs for technicians and engineers
  • To order stationary/housekeeping items for the office
  • Data research
  • Hotel bookings for acquisition or special events
  • Post management
  • To answer the phone when the call volumes are exceeding normal levels
  • To ensure that customer retention is increased using your initiative


The ideal Administrator;

  • Will have good administration skills and experience
  • Will have good customer service skills and experience
  • Will be competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Will be able to Multitask and priorities
  • Will have a proactive and self-motivated attitude to work
  • Will be seeking a role where they are the go-to person
