Location: Whiteley
Hours: Mon - Thurs 8:30am - 5:30pm, Fri 8am - 5pm

Dynamite Recruitment's long-standing client have a fantastic opportunity for a switched-on and self-motivated Administrator to join the team
As an administrator you will be responsible for providing back office support within a specialist team and this role is crucial to the business
Our client provide technical products and services and require someone to work within a specialist administration team to assist with connecting of goods
Main responsibilities:

  • To provide all-round administration support
  • To support the sales departments with the supply and connection of technical products
  • Management and delivery of Customer orders
  • Liaising with Sales teams & aftercare team on sales order and client requirements
  • Validate and approve Sales Orders based on pre-defined processes and procedures
  • Data processing of highly important information
  • Support with the resolution of issues arising
  • Act as a liaison between the company and its external providers to meet the requirements to successfully provision customer orders

The successful candidate will possess the following key skills:

  • Good communication skills are essential (both written and verbal)
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong IT skills and use of programs including Excel, Word and CRM systems
  • A positive "can-do" attitude
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Is patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable
