Administrator _ Immediate start

Hours of work: Mon - Fri / 09:00 - 17:00
Dynamite Recruitment are working alongside an international Digital Platform provider based in Portsmouth in their search for an Office Administrator to support multiple departments. This is an ongoing position, with a look to go into well into the New Year.
We need someone who is fully competent with using Microsoft Word and Excel although an expert level is not necessary.
As an Administrator you will be supporting the Projects and Accounts departments with general administration tasks, these will include:
- Updating customers details using the internal system
- Data entry of information , producing reports using Excel
- Answering customer and client emails professionally and promptly
- Filing and scanning of information.
- Reception duties - not front of house, our client have a CCTV / Buzzer system
- Sort and distribute post
- Any other ad hoc general administration duties.
The ideal candidate will
- Have excellent administration skills
- Will be competent in using Word and Excel
- Will be a good communicator with good customer service skills and experience
- Will be available Immediately and happy to commit on an ongoing basis
This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance administration skills already gained in an office environment, and develop brand new ones.
